The information that we collect, like “cookies”, is used to personalize your experience with Accents Home Interiors. We may also collect personally identifiable information such as:

We accepts all major credit cards, including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Sorry, no checks or COD’s.

5. Refund Policy

We are currently unable to accept buyer’s remorse returns or refunds. However, if you have placed an order and the order is out of stock or backordered, you may request a full refund. Your refund may take up to 7 business days to process and be received by your bank, but we will keep you  updated along the way.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Please be sure to inspect all merchandise at the time of arrival, note all damages including what might be concealed damages, and do so before signing the delivery receipt.  If merchandise arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Support and provide pictures and details in writing. Damages that are not reported may limit our ability to assist you with later claims and we want to help you avoid that.

Defective merchandise must be returned in the original packing material. Damages that occur at the delivery location require the recipient to assume responsibility to keep all of the packaging materials, provide necessary claim forms, and prepare the merchandise for pick-up. We’ll happily replace defective merchandise but, unfortunately, Accents Home Interiors cannot accept buyer’s remorse returns.

7. Cancellations

We get it, sometimes we can have second thoughts. You may modify or cancel your order  as long as it has not shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel. Please contact our Customer Support for assistance.

8. Shipping

If in stock, all orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of the initial order placement. When an  order leaves our facility, it is guaranteed to be in good condition.  We check it, check it a second time, and have made packing for shipment its own art form. After leaving our facility, claims for any damages that may have occurred during shipping should be filed with the carrier.

We also offer free curbside shipping and delivery. There is an additional cost for our white glove delivery service (inside delivery and set up)  and must be scheduled in advance. Please contact our Customer Support for assistance with placing your order and scheduling your delivery.

 

9. Sample Swatches

Because we understand that shopping online can sometimes be difficult, we offer free sample swatches for most of our products so that you can touch and feel the fabric before committing to the purchase. We want to make sure you absolutely love it before you buy it!

10. Parts Availability

Our Accents Home Collections is a direct reflection of the time that we spend curating each piece, ensuring attention to detail and the utmost highest quality materials and packaging. Although our high industry standard and commitment to customer satisfaction is our goal, there are times where things don’t always go as planned. With that said, please do not hesitate to contact us if you need something.  Missing or replacement arts will be shipped at absolutely no cost to you.
